Never EVER trust Delta airlines to get you to where you wish to go without adding 6 hours onto the journey .... never trust them to get your luggage there (wearing same clothes now for about 40 hours and still havent showered) ..... and NEVER ever trust them not to put 3 screaming children in the seat in front of you for a 5 hour flight .....
Apart from that we have just booked 4 days up the amazon this weekend .... and we are going to visit the centre of the earth tomorrow afternoon ..... maybe I will finally get to use my multitude of camera´s which have made it to Quito with me regardless of my lack of clothing ....
